About Our Mesquite Grill
All of our grilling at The Sawtooth Club is done over a live mesquite fire. We do not
use processed charcoal or wood chips, only authentic mesquite logs from Texas. This method
of natural wood cooking generates the intense heat that sears in the flavorful juices
